Service Description
This appointment slot allows you to book any type of consultation or treatment with our veterinary team. Simply choose the time that suits you best, and—if you wish—select the practitioner you prefer. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll review your pet’s needs and prepare the appropriate treatment for the appointment. If you’re unsure which service your pet needs, don’t worry—choose a time and we’ll guide you.
Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best care for your pet and ensure appointment availability for all our clients, please review our online booking guidelines: Booking Window Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our online system. For same-day or urgent bookings, please call our clinic directly. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. No-shows may affect your ability to book online in the future. Need Help?
